We also love to work with you pre injury too and assist in helping you achieve your full potential with sport or health. Both Sophie and Jon are fully qualified and come highly recommended in their professions. We see SMP as a one stop shop to success with help on hand with physiotherapy but also nutrition and sports coaching.

Physiotherapy

Biomechanical Assessment
£80 for an hour appointment, and post appointment personal analysis including specific exercise prescription as needed.
This assessment includes assessment of the body and then a treadmill assessment including video documentation.
